Digital Download Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Please choose carefully. The only exception is if the same digital download has been purchased twice. A refund will be offered in this case. Or if a digital download was purchased, instead of the same cross stitch kit. In this case, contact us immediately and your order can be upgraded
Cross Stitch Kits & Physical Stationery Items
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for physical items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be un-used and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days after we receive the item from you.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or your order is wrong/incomplete.
